Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove the content and notify the user who uploaded it. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

Counter-Notification (Response to DMCA Takedown)

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your contact information (name, mailing address, email, and phone number).

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the copyright claimant.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices should be sent to our DMCA Agent at the contact details provided above. If a counter-notification is valid, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit.

Misrepresentations and Penalties

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing or was removed in error may be subject to legal liability.
